Please be prepared to provide the following information when addressing technical support issues: 

• Fuzzy Query version number. 
• Operating system and version (Windows 98, Windows NT 4.0,  etc.) 
• DBMS or spreadsheet you are running against (Oracle, Paradox, Access, etc.) 
• ODBC Driver configuration you are using 
• Type of problem and verbatim text of any associated error messages 
• How we can reach you with a response 

When e-mailing a request for technical support, please attach a copy of the Fuzzy Query file in question.
